| Micronet Broadband (Pvt.) Ltd. (MBL) announces FREE Dial-up backup service for all of its DSL customers. Now all DSL customers will be able to get connected in case of any outage/breakdown in provisioning of DSL Internet service. MBL's 24x7 technical support by phone and e-mail will be available for all issues related to Dial-up service.
Who will get benefit of the service?
Dial-up backup service is totally FREE of charge for all MBL customers
Ultimate Plus, Connect & Premium Customers:
All Ultimate Plus, Connect & Premium customers can avail Dial-up backup service at any time, as part of their standard DSL Package.
To activate Dial-up backup service, you are requested to either call at TAC (Technical Assistance Center), UAN: 111 11 44 44, or write at support@dsl.net.pk for service activation. Once activated, your Dial-up backup service will remain active unless we receive a termination request from your side.
DSL@Home (7 GB) Customers:
For all DSL@Home (7 GB) customers, Dial-up backup service will be provided on need basis. The dial-up account will be activated against customer request, in case of any DSL service breakdown/service outage.
TAC (Technical Assistance Center), UAN: 111 11 44 44, will activate customer’s Dial-up back up service at the time of registration of customer complaint (Issuance of Trouble Ticket)
Note: By using Dial-up backup service, all MBL customers will utilize the volume available in their standard DSL package
